Water Filters For Haiti

Global Project Requesting Help

Ken Schumann from the Hartland Lake Country Rotary Club is raising money for water filters to be distributed in Haiti in January 2018. The goal is $22,000 which will provide 600 family size filters which is the amount they can distribute in five days.

Over the past five years they have distributed 5,250 filters. These have provided 26,000 to 50,000 people with clean water. There has been a decrease in water born disease such as diarrhea.

If you or your club would like to be a part of this project to improve the health of thousands of poor Haitian people, please donate any amount. $36.50 will buy one filter unit.
