RID6270 Annual Business Meeting

All District 6270 members are invited and encouraged to attend/participate in this meeting.

The Annual Meeting of RI District 6270 will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, 10:00 AM – 11:45 AM, in person at the KI Center, Grand A/B, Green Bay WI as part of TriCon, and also virtually via Zoom.  
 
The Annual Meeting is held as a forum for clubs to collectively make decisions that affect the district’s operations. Every club gets at least one elector; some will have more, based on club size.  The number of electors your club has can be found on the attached Chart of Electors. Please contact your club president or secretary if you have questions about your club's electors.

Minutes of the 2023 Annual Meeting
Proposed Budget for 2024-2025
Financial reports
Affirming the District Governor Nominee Designate, Dawn Feidler, Elkhorn Rotary Club
Affirming the District’s member on the Zone’s Nominating Committee for RI Director, PDG Craig Burnett, Rotary Club of Oshkosh Southwest, and the District’s alternate member, PDG Mike Phillips, Rotary Club of West Bend Sunrise
Any proposed Resolution(s) from District Rotary Clubs
Any other reports or business
