If your club wants to take advantage of matching money from Rotary for your club projects, your club must become "Qualified".

In previous years, we had to attend the Grants Management Seminar portion of the Foundation Seminar in Waterville on Saturday in November. Some clubs found it difficult to have a member devote an entire Saturday to this.

This year we are trying to provide you with a better understanding of your expectations for your club to "wait" at Grants Management Seminar:
1) One more members can attend the Zoom Grants Management Seminar on Monday, November 4th from 7 to 8:30 pm. The detailed information for the Zoom meeting is at the end of this email.
2) On November 4th, your club could have a "Foundation Party" by getting together with other nearby clubs,
3) After the month of June, one of the most important members of the audience, and one of the members of the audience.
4) Your club could request that I visit your club or a group of neighboring clubs for a personalized training session. Obviously, this is a mutually agreeable date. Email me if you would like to visit your club for training. That would need to take place before November 10th, between January 5th and 13th, or between Feb 5th and Feb 21st, as these are the dates I will be in Maine.
5) Your club could request that I "visit" your club for personalized Zoom when I'm not in Maine. Email me if you would like to use this option.
Remember that your club needs to meet the Grants Management Seminar for your club to become "Qualified" to receive any type of Rotary grant funding.

You must register for the Grants Management by clicking the event in the calendar, or by emailing me with:
1) Club Name,
2) Names and email addresses of Rotarians who wish to wait for the November 4th Zoom session,
3) Names and email addresses of members who want to watch the recorded session,
4) If you would like me to a personalized seminar to your club, send a suggested date.

I look forward to helping your club receive Rotary funding through District Grants or Global Grants for your club's projects.

As they say in Guatemala,
