District Resolution Committee

2.3.1 DISTRICT RESOLUTION COMMITTEE: The District Resolution Committee shall meet at least 90 days prior to the District Conference in a year when constituted to discuss changes to the District’s foundation documents (Bylaws and Code of Policies) necessitated by inconsistencies found with regard to the requirements or recommendations of Rotary International, The Rotary Foundation (TRF), and or jurisdictional governmental bodies or by a desired or demonstrated change in the operations of the District.
