WHAT:                 District 7120 Golf Tournament

WHERE:               Island Oaks Course at the Lima Country Club

WHEN:                 Friday, September 4, 2015; Registration at 12:00 noon and tee off at 1:00 P.M.

FORMAT:             Scramble

COST:                    $80.00 per person, includes golf, cart, hot dog lunch and dinner

PRIZES:                 -     “Best Dressed” Team

• Putting Contest
• 1^st Place-Men’s;  Ladies; Mixed Team
• Longest Drive
• Nearest to the Pin
• In addition, a Paul Harris drawing for clubs w/ at least a paid foursome.

Please note: To be eligible to win first place, a team must have at least three (3) registered players who will finish the event.

NOTE:  Each Club is requested to donate a raffle item valued at $25.00. Please bring the raffle item with you on the day of the tournament.  No time to shop? You may send a check, in the amount of $25.00, to Gary Reilly no later than August 21, 2015 and he will do the shopping for your Club.
