The early bird registration for the Zone 28 & 32 Interact Convention closes on October 15, 2021. On behalf of our planning committee, we request that this email please be forwarded to the Youth Chairs and Club presidents of the Rotary Clubs that sponsor Interact Clubs in your district. ZIC (Zone 28 & 32 Interact Convention) is a 4-day Interact conference to empower and enable youth to change the world for the better.
If you have already started registering, that's great! If not, here’s how the process works:
- Six Interact students and one chaperone will be allocated to each district in Zones 28 and 32 during this early bird period.
- Each early bird spot is $841 Canadian dollars ($700 registration fee plus a $141 refundable deposit).
- Rotary Sponsor Clubs will have the opportunity to reserve these spots by submitting an email of interest to our registration team's email ( registration@zoneinteractconvention.org ) and paying via credit card with our payment link .
- Convention spots will be confirmed and reserved once payment is received. Spots will not be able to be reserved without payment.
- Spots are distributed on a first come, first-serve basis, and our registration team will notify waitlisted clubs when/if spots open up after early bird closes.
The convention, hosted by the Rotary Club of Calgary East, will take place from March 10th, 2022, to March 13th, 2022, at Best Western Premier Hotel in Calgary, Alberta (District 5360). A breakdown of costs to register (Including attendance and lodging) can be found in the payment policy which is on the website.
