Finding an appropriate role in the years following your term as Governor can be a challenge.   PDGs have knowledge, connections, training, experience - and lots of good ideas.  The challenge is translating passion into action, equating PDG with Pro-active, Dynamic Guide.

In this pre-institute session, Trustee Tom Thorfinnson will challenge PDGs to action - to continue using their knowledge and skills developed through the governor track.  We will discuss Rotary’s role as an advocate and how PDGs might use that advocacy role to continue their leadership.  We will explore advocacy, leadership, and building resources of expertise.  The session will be informational, interactive, and guaranteed to inspire every PDG to use their talents and to determine their continuing role in the life of Rotary.

This special Pre-Institute session for PDGs will take place on Thursday September 29th from 8:30 to 10:30. Pre-Registration is requested by sending a note to Denis Boyd at denboco@gmail.com.
