In preparation for the Inbound students' arrival, the District RYE Committee is hosting a MANDATORY Training and Informational Meeting for all YEOs, Counselors and first Host Families.

Webinar - We will also be offering this session via a live webinar, so if you cannot attend in person, you will be able to join by telephone or computer so you will not miss the information to be discussed. If you choose this option, a link to the webinar will be provided to you prior to the session.
Purpose: This meeting will provide an opportunity for District Committee, Counselors and YEOs to meet in person as a group, share best practices and have questions answered prior to your student's arrival and prior to the Inbound Orientation which will take place August 25 - 26th at the Akron Rotary Camp.
Topics: The topics will include, but are not limited to the following:
**You may have the opportunity to speak with Rebounders who have recently returned from their Exchange! They will share their experiences including their interaction with their Counselor and how their relationship with their Counselor impacted their experience.
**We will discuss the activities that should occur prior to your student's arrival and immediately upon their arrival.
**We will discuss potential issues related to the student's curriculum choices.
**We will provide you with resources and reference material.
**We will present the Schedule of RYE Events.
