District Conference Assembly

**** Registration for the District Conference/Assembly is now closed.  We have sent the final breakfast and lunch counts to the caterer.  Please contact the registrar Randell Barclay is you would like to attend.  

Our District Conference/Assembly will be held on Saturday April 27, 2024 at Hartford High School.  There is no fee but advanced registration is required.  A light breakfast (coffee, tea, fruit salad, mini muffins & danish) and a sandwich lunch will be provided for all registered attendees.

Our tentative agenda includes:

• DGE Bill Stevens will talk about plans for his DG Year
• Breakout sessions for Foundation, Youth Programs, Service Projects, Fundraising, Graphics for Public Image
• District Voting for DG 2026-27, Proposed Budget, Acceptance of Financials for 2022-23, any District Bylaw changes
• Finals of the 4-Way Speech Contest
• Youth Exchange Student Farewell Presentations
• District Awards and Recognitions.
