Nine & Dine - Kickoff Event of Massapequa's new RC

The Nine and Dine is the kickoff event for the Rotary Club of the Massapequas. The motto of the golf outing is "People Helping People" which reflects our Rotary's vision.  The outing will take place on Tuesday, June 13th at 1pm, with a 3pm shotgun start (modified scramble format).  The location is where we hold our meetings bi-weekly (lucky us) at the Peninsula Golf Club & Cafe.  The price of $75 per golfer includes 9 holes of golf, Cart, BBQ Buffet, Dessert, with a Cash Bar.  GOODWILL INCLUDED as all proceeds will go to the Rotary Club of the Massapequas.  The fundraising activities will include a 50/50, a raffle of various baskets, a handout 'Journal' with donators advertisements in it, as well as Tee sponsors & Food sponsors! 

Currently we are seeking Golfers who would like to join us (seats are filling fast), and most importantly donations to our club through one of three things - Journal Ad - Tee Sponsor - Food Sponsor.   

Journal Ads break down as follows: 
Full Page = $100, Half Page = $50, Quarter Page = $25, Business card = $20  (if you need us to design an ad for you its an additional $20) 

Tee Sponsors break down as follows: 
Customized Sign on Tee-Box of a selected Hole + Full Page Ad in Journal = $250 

Food Sponsors break down as follows: 
GOLFING FOOD SPONSOR --Customized 4'-2' Banner hung up in Cafe, Foursome of Golfers, 4 Raffle ticket sheets, Full Page Ad in Journal = $1000 

NON-GOLFING FOOD SPONSOR -- Customized 4'-2' Banner hung up in Cafe, Full page Ad in Journal = $800 


ALL GOLFING & DONATIONS PAYMENTS + ADS MUST BE IN BY MAY 24th 
(We have the ability to take payments via Cash, Check, or Credit Card.)
