On behalf of District Governor Elect Stephen Wilkinson, I am delighted to invite you to the District Team Training Seminar (DTTS) to be held in person at the Best Western North Bay Hotel & Conference Centre on the weekend of February 9th to 11th, 2024.
This invitation is for the entire District Leadership Team (DLT) and includes the District Governor (DG), Immediate Past District Governor (IPDG), District Governor Elect (DGE), District Governor Nominee (DGN) and the District Governor Nominee Designate (DGND), all Assistant Governors (AG), all District Directors and District Committee Chairs, District Secretary, District Finance Chair, District Treasurer, District Action Planning Chair, Council on Legislation Rep, District Insurance Liaison, District Protection Officer, District Conference Logistics Chair and District Registrar.
The District Team Learning Seminar (DTTS) is designed to provide essential and relevant information to current and incoming District Leaders in order to help prepare you to have an effective and successful Rotary year. DGE Steven will share his goals and set the tone for the upcoming Rotary year and the leadership team will have an opportunity to connect and learn from one another.
Also crucial to the success of the district is strategic planning and establishing budgets for the upcoming year. A good starting point is your current Action Plan and it would be helpful for all Directors to meet with your committee chairs prior to DTTS to discuss your plan and budget so that you may bring these to the table for insertion into the District Action Plan. PDG Susan Davidson, District Action Plan Chair will send out more information in the coming days.
