We would like to invite you to the Rotary Lombardi "Lunch With the Finalists Luncheon, sponsored by the Stehlin Foundation for Cancer Research. Proceeds from this event supports Cancer Research, Education and Direct Care. The event will be held at the Jesse Jones Rotary House International, 1600 Holcombe Boulevard, on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 from 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM. Every year the Rotary Lombardi Four Finalists come to Houston to participate in the Rotary Lombardi Award presentation. The Rotary Club of Houston does its best to share the excitement of this event with as many Houstonians as possible. This year we are proud to introduce this invitation-only event where Rotarians can come together to support a great cause and meet the Four Finalist for the Rotary Lombardi Award in an intimate setting. There may be an opportunity to take pictures with the finalists if you bring a camera.

$175.00 Individual Ticket to the Luncheon & Award Show and General Reception 5:00 PM at The Hobby Center for the Performing Arts

Vince Lombardi once said “The measure of who we are is what we do with what we have.” Forty-two years ago, the Rotary Club of Houston set out to honor Lombardi’s legacy of determination and discipline by establishing the Rotary Lombardi Award (“Award”). Since 1970, the Award has been presented annually to the nation’s best Division IA college football lineman (offense or defense) who, in addition to outstanding performance, and ability, best exemplifies the discipline of Vince Lombardi.
