This will be an informal, inexpensive ($20 per person including dinner) opportunity for  you to socialize with your fellow Polio Plus Society Members, to celebrate the final days of Polio and to meet John Germ, Rotary International's $200 Mil Challenge Chair, TRF VP and Past RI VP as well as Pat Derr, our Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator.
 
You must be a Polio Plus Society (PPS) Member to attend!  If you are not already a PPS Member, you will have the opportunity to join at this Dinner.  This is a great opportunity to sign-up additional members of your club.  
 
Questions & Answers:
How can my club members and I join the PPS?  By pledging to donate $100+ to The Rotary Foundation for Polio Plus each year until Polio is eradicated.  Pledge Forms will be available at the dinner. 
 
Must my $100+ Polio Plus Society donation for the 2010-11 Rotary Year be paid to attend this event?  No, your donation can be made any time thru June 2011.

Will you be accepting Polio Plus Society contributions at this event?
  Yes, make your check to The Rotary Foundation and include your club name on the check.

Can my club members sign up to be new PPS members at the dinner?  Yes

Can non-Rotarians join the PPS?  Yes

Will I receive my PPS pin at the dinner?  Yes

What is the attire?  Informal – an END POLIO NOW shirt which you can receive for free if you are one of the first 10,000 fans at the Sept. 9 END POLIO NOW Astros game or you can buy for $10 at this event would be the perfect attire.
