It was "Peace, Love & Funk" at our District Officer Installation Celebration on June 26th..., and it was a blast from the past! The Ballroom at Bayou Place was transformed into the 1960s, and 1970s with everyone wearing their favorites: bell bottoms, tie dye, beads, and everything disco!
Jennifer Jones, the 2022-2023 President of Rotary International served as the installing officer from Canada via Zoom. She installed DG E. Michelle Bohreer as District Governor, Mindi Snyder as District Governor-Elect, and Heather Rimato as District Governor Nominee, plus all other district officers. making her the very first female president in our organization's history! "Serve To Change Lives!"
