District Assembly Wrap-Up

Rotary year 2011-12 was kicked off by incoming District Governor Rhonda Walls Kerby this past Saturday, May 14 in Katy.  An enthusiastic group of incoming club and district leaders were well represented.  DG Rhonda ushured in the new Rotary year, while presenting the 2011-12 Rotary Theme, "Reach Within to Embrace Humanity" which she received at the International Assembly from incoming RI President Kalyan Banerjee,
