TOY DRIVE – Service Project
Rotary Club of Houston NW Sunset has geared up for yet another Toy Drive through NAM (Northwest Assistance Ministries). We believe in the thought that the best way to cheer yourself is cheer someone else up! And to do so last year we filled 6 carts at Target, with new toys and presented those toys as Christmas Gifts to about 120 underprivileged kids. last year our club pledged a monitory donation for the cause and donations from Rotarians and Friends made it even bigger and exciting.
The joy of bringing smiles to children`s innocent faces encourages us to take up Toy Drive project once again. We announce the project for Christmas 2016 and are now accepting donations and/or new toys for the same. We are thankful to all Rotarians and Friends who donated generously for last year’s Toy Drive.
