District Governor Informational Meeting

The District Nominating Committee would like to invite you to an informational meeting about the position of District Governor.  The District Governor serves a very important leadership position in the District, and this meeting is an opportunity to learn about the job.  Whether you think you would like to ask your club to nominate you for the position or are thinking about that for some future date or you are just curious about the job, this meeting is for you.
There is no obligation as this is an informational meeting. 
At this meeting you will learn about:
The life of a District Governor
What the District Governor’s Schedule looks like
What it costs to be District Governor
How being District Governor will affect your business or job
What being District Governor will mean to your family life
The time commitment: 6 months as DGND, One year as DGN, one year as DGE and one year as DG, then a year as Immediate Past District Governor.
And a chance to ask questions.
Join us on October 7, 2021 at 6:30pm at Kim Son Restaurant at 12750 Southwest Freeway ( In The Fountains shopping area) Stafford, Texas.
Light hors d’oeuvres and cash bar.

(Applicants must be nominated by their Club.  The Club and Nominee must be in good standing with the District and RI)
January 8, 2022 Interviews
