2018 Interact D5890 Round-Up (Club Training)

It's time to prepare for another successful "Service Above Self" year. You're invited to our Annual Interact District 5890 Round-Up (training) which is a FREE event!  See Round-Up and Expo Table Event Form on the left! We'll have a Project EXPO where Interactors can have a FREE booth to show us your ideas and plans for this year, visit with organizations that need your help, plus have interactive discussions with Interactors.

Come learn about projects, meet Rotary Youth Exchange students (learn how you can become one), learn more about the 3-day RYLA Camp & how you can receive a scholarship to attend, hear about our Rotary Essay Contest Scholarships for SENIOR Interactors, network with other Interact clubs, and make new friends.

Cost:
Free, but we do ask that you RSVP by Monday, Sept. 10th to bstaff@cityofelcampo.org.  Includes kolaches for breakfast, and lunch!

How do Interact clubs register? Deadline is Monday, September 10th
By September 10th, Teacher/Faculty Advisers need to send an email to bstaff@cityofelcampo.org with your club's name, and the total number attending -- We don't need the attendee's names, and there is no registration form to complete.  While everyone is encouraged to attend, we operate on a very limited budget from our Interact District Dues, so if you RSVP for 20, please make sure they all attend since we will have purchased their breakfast, lunch, beverages & supplies in advance of the event.  We don't require a Parent Consent Form, so follow your own school's policy.

Who's invited? 
Interactors, Parents, Teacher/Faculty Advisers, Rotarians, Rotary Youth Exchange Students, Rotaractors, and anyone interested in learning more about Interact.

We want Interact clubs to have an EXPO booth (we'll supply the 6' table) so you can share ideas & tips about YOUR successful service projects, fundraisers & social events.  We'll provide the 6' table, but you'll need to bring photos, project display boards, etc. We're also inviting Rotaract clubs, Rotary clubs, plus many non-profit organizations to have EXPO booths so they can tell you what they do and how your Interact club can possibly help them.

2017-2018 Interact Club Presidential Citation Award Presentation - We had 34 Interact clubs qualify last school year for this global award from the President of Rotary International, and each club will be presented with their award certificate at this event.           

Club Roll Call is at 9:30 AM
Arrive in time to eat and be in your seats so your Interact club can MAKE SOME N-O-I-S-E when your club's name is announced!

While this is a free event...we do ask that everyone register by contacting Brittni Staff via email at bstaff@cityofelcampo.org by Monday, September 10th.
