Rotary youth exchange offers the opportunity for students to spend an academic year in another country. Please visit Rotary International (https://www.rotary.org/en/our-programs/youth-exchanges) for general information about the program.
Eligible students must turn 16 by December 31, 2024, cannot turn 19 before July 15, 2025 and cannot have graduated from high school at the time of departure. In a nutshell, 2024/25 exchange students are in grade 10 and 11 for the 2023/24 academic year.
Each club has its own process for recruiting exchange students. Interested students should contact the club in their town/city for more details and how to apply. Please check back in August 2023 for the updated list of clubs participating in 2024/25 youth exchange.
Please note that it is very difficult for clubs to send students who do not live in their town/city. For that reason, most clubs will only consider candidates who live in their area.
