The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) brings together Interact club members from all across District 5370 for a one day online leadership conference packed with workshops and speakers to teach students the vital skills required to succeed in leadership positions and develop confidence.

 

RYLA’s purpose and goal is to allow like-minded, passionate Interact Club members across the district to meet, cultivate and share ideas to learn from one another. Although we are operating online this year, our mission to better equip and support young Rotary leaders is as strong as ever! Collaboration and interaction is strongly encouraged to elevate communication and connection between participants.
