Club Service
The Club Service committee will be the body that maintains the District database of all Club Service projects in the District.
This could include social programs of the club itself, itcould include club activities that foster friendship among members or brings the membership closer together within the club.
Examples are club golf tournaments, seasonal parties, such as Christmas or summer picnics.
Club Services also deals with the operation of the clubs, what is the standard, some examples could be the welcome committee to the meetings, developing a roster of duties, being the nominating committee for vacancies as they may arise in the club executive throughout the Rotary year.
Club Services also deals with the weekly meetings, where they are located, the procedure of the meetings, the speakers of the meetings, and all of those aspects of operating a Rotary Club.
