Did you know that safe, affordable, convenient countywide transportation has arrived for curb-to-curb service from anywhere in Wayne County for just $2.50 per trip each way? Meeting presenter Jan Conrad, Mobility Manager at Community Action Wayne-Medina who is one of 44 managers in Ohio which is operated through ODOT (Ohio Department of Transportation) and made possible through  a federal government grant with SARTA (Stark Area Regional Transit Authority).  Rides for work, doctor, shopping and other trips are available from 6:00 a.m. to midnight Monday through Saturday. Bus service is provided for residents in Apple Creek, Burbank, Creston, Congress, Dalton, Doylestown, Fredericksburg, Kidron, Marshallville, Mount Eaton, Orrville, Rittman, Shreve, Smithville, West Salem and Wooster and must be scheduled at least three to four days before the day of travel.
