Stroke: A Silent Killer

Dr. Paulomi Kadakia Bhalla is a Neurologist at Stanford Health Care – ValleyCare where she is helping to develop the stroke program and tele-health services.  She also serves as a clinical assistant professor at the school of medicine at Stanford University.  She recently moved to California from Manhattan - where she worked as a Neuro-intensivist and served as the medical director of the neurocritical care tele-health program at Northwell Health.  She completed her neurology training at Columbia University and Neurocritical Care fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania.  She is also the proud mother of two children - Amara and Riaan.

 

Shaké Sulikyan is the Executive Director of ValleyCare Charitable Foundation. She is a nationally recognized non-profit leader who’s raised millions of dollars for universities and non-profit organizations throughout the United States. Prior to moving to CA, she served as the Senior Director of Annual Giving at Harvard Medical School in Boston. She’s also has a long-standing career in volunteer roles, including TVNPA’s Program Committee, and the Arroyo Seco PTA’s Executive Board. She lives in Livermore with her husband and son.
