Dave Kolb, Champlin police chief, was our guest speaker on January 7, 2015.  Dave discussed his background in police work and talked about the Champlin Police Department including their interface with Brooklyn Park.  Shown below are BP Rotarian Jack Rehnberg, guest Zubah Kpanaku, Chief Kolb and BP Rotarian Tom Hokr.
