Greeting All Members!  Here’s what we have going on:
  • Our meeting this week is at the Top Knight.
  • October 10 - Bring clean socks to Rotary lunch this week, for the Foot Washing Program at Salvation Army (guest speakers).  Polyester or woolen socks, suitable for winter, not cotton.  Shorter socks for the women.  You can find these kind of socks at Marks Work Warehouse cheap!
  • Nov 4 – 18 - On-line auction for the Rotary Club of Hay River Sunrise and the Hay River Hospital Foundation.  Because the auction is on-line bidders can be anywhere, so check it out. At www.HRHFauction.com.  For more information contact Peter Groenen in Hay River pgroenen@northwestel.net
  • ROTARY ROSES – congratulations !!!!!!!!
  • Soon - Dictionaries
  • The Executive meetings are moved to every second Wednesday.  The next three are at noon on Oct 9 TBA, Oct 23 at MacKay LLP, and Nov 6 at NWTel.  All members are welcome to attend.
  • The Interact Club of Ecole St. Patrick High School meets (most) Wednesdays at noon. All Rotarians are welcome! Call Susan Huvenaars to confirm time and location 873-4888.
  • Chris Williams needs suggestions for Speakers – either a member of the community, a guest from out of town, or even yourself (for a classification talk or a topic of interest to Rotary)
