Rotary Roses are back again!  After 2 years of trying other fundraising, we have been lucky enough to resurrect this wonderful fundraiser for the club and the community.
In the pictures we see Rotarians Joy Loewen and Charles Dent selling roses outside of the Canadian Tire on Sept 8, 2007. Their community service was part of the annual Rotary Rose campaign. The Rotary Rose campaign is a major fundraiser for the Yellowknife Rotary Club. The funds from sales help to support may of the projects of Rotary about Yellowknife. The local projects include the Rotary Park, the Rotary trail and Northern experience.

As well as raising funds for community projects, the roses bring joy into the life of the recipients. Roses will be delivered anywhere in Yellowknife on Monday, October 1, 2007 either morning, afternoon or evening. Contact any Yellowknife Rotarian to purchase roses.  They are "silver quality" roses, normally selling for $70, which we are selling for $40, packaged and delivered to the recipient.

What better way to show someone what they mean to you and help the community at the same time!!
