Dancing With The Locals II

The 2nd annual "Dancing With The Locals" fundraiser was held Friday Nov. 6th at the Red Rose Ballroom in Plant City.

The event was once again a success. Nine couples competed in the dance competition. Billy Herold and Yvonne Fry served as emcee and hostess. The Judges included Marion Smith, John Dicks and Bob Tanner. In addition to the dance competition, the patrons were also treated to 2 showcase dance couples, plenty of food, desserts and liquid refreshment. A silent auction was held and votes were cast for individual couples by contributing to the Plant City Rotary Foundation on behalf of your favorite couple. This year's winning couple was Rick and Di Lott who performed the Rumba.
