International Service Project 2010

     On March 25 and 26, 2010 our club helped sponsor a dental mission to Cebu Philippines.Dr. Dennis Digamon, a local Plant City dentist and member of our club, travelled to the Philippines to hold a 2 day mission to provide dental services and education to the needy of Cebu.He was accompanied and assisted by his wife Dolores and daughter Angela 

     This is the third dental mission undertaken by Dr. Digamon and our club.The first was in January 2003 and the second was in February 2009

     This mission in Cebu was held in partnership with Cebu City Dental Health, Dr. Christopher Alex, Casing Engineering Corp. and Hong Equipment and Development Corp.

     Needed dental services were provided to about 230 children and adults.In addition, children from a local school, Tinago Elementary School, were provided with toothpaste and tooth brushes and educated on proper dental hygiene.
