Book Club - "Go As A River"
Apr. 12, 2026 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Please join us for April's Book Club meeting on April 12th from 3:00-5:00pm.  Our selection this month is "Go as a River" by Shelley Read.  It is a coming-of-age novel set in 1940s Colorado that follows Victoria Nash, a young woman whose life is forever changed after she falls in love with a displaced Native American man and faces the harsh judgment of her small town. After tragedy and betrayal force her to flee into the wilderness, Victoria survives on her own in the mountains, discovering a deep inner resilience and connection to the land. Spanning decades, the novel ultimately explores love, loss, forgiveness, and the enduring power of home as Victoria reckons with the past and the flooding of the town that shaped her life.
