Lunch Meeting - Health & Wellness Seminar

Please join us for our Lunch Meeting on Wednesday, April 1st at the American Legion from 12:15-1:30pm.  Cathy & Jerry Agasar, of Agasar Family Wellcare at Inner Spa, will share their thoughts and guidance to help us optimize our health and meet our wellness goals!  Agasar Family WellCare provides holistic wellness services focused on digestive health, detoxification, and whole-body balance. The center emphasizes personalized, preventative care that helps individuals feel better, function better, and take an active role in their long-term health and we are grateful that they will share their wisdom with us!  Lunch will be served by Joe Garvey so bring $16 and we'll see you there!
