The Rotary Club of Hillsborough spent an evening experiencing a social event at Hillsborough’s first single malt distillery, Bellemara Distillery, located on Carriage Farm. Co-founder Camden Winklestein (seated on right with the cap) a Navy veteran who spent a year in Scotland learning to distill whiskey, gave our club members a private tasting tour. Our club members then enjoyed the second floor tasting lounge where we had catering brought in. The distillery also offers a first floor tasting room featuring a cocktail bar with the view of the stils where they distill both gin and a single malt spirit.
