MEETING NOTES – 5 JUNE 2019
CLUB NIGHT @ BEIJING
Attendance was impressive! 17 of us including Ching Ching.
Business, on the other hand, was a challenge except for the fun and really good food.
No pledge, qoh or hb/sb (sorry, Bernie) but President's agenda was attempted:
Committee needed for Installation – Janet, Sandi, Sue, Lucille
Pancake Breakfast Committee: Nancy, Joan, Sue, Joe, Bob (delegation of duties). Janet reminded that all food stuff must be donated and hopefully paper goods as well. (The more donated, the more we make). Stay tuned for meeting dates.
Clambake Committee – Lucille will NOT chair this committee but will help. Colleen will help within the confines of her summer calendar. Sandi and Bob will help, Janet and Deb.

Thanks yous not read from CORSE and Boys & Girls Club
NSRWA Grant completed last week with great enthusiasm and appreciation. Final Report sent in and accepted by the District. Check will be forthcoming.
See you next Wednesday for14 Interact and Scholarship winners and parents. PLEASE PLAN ON COMING and maybe even let me know so we can give a good “guestimate” to Maureen. Expecting many guests.
