Today members of the Rotary Club of Scituate and friends gathered at the new Scituate Senior Center for their first lesson in Bocce. Bob and Charlie Fruzzetti and Al, friends from a Quincy Bocce club joined us to offer instruction and pointers. Everyone picked it up rather quickly and developed their own style and form. The Rotary Club is proud to have provided the funding for the bocce court and were excited to get together there for the first time today. We hope to develop teams and have a tournament in the fall
