PRES. JAMIE rang the Rotary Bell at the very stroke of 6:30 and JOE led us in the Pledge, followed by an Invocation given by BEN.

JAMIE had us speak the 4-WAY test and then welcomed our three guests.

KATIE MURRAY is a recent SHS Grad and club scholarship winner. She came to thank us and to speak about her service work and plans ahead at Cassinovia College in upstate NY.
We enjoyed her youthful enthusiasm and her hopes of pursuing international studies with an internship in the Peace Corps. We invited her back for frequent visits and informed her of Rotary Study Programs and Exchanges to look into.

JOAN presented a memorial gift on behalf of her husband REV. FRED POWERS, of $1,000 to purchase a Shelter Box. PRES. JAMIE thanked her on behalf of our club and gave a tribute of FRED'S most active life and ministry.
