25 June 2014: President Jack Stebe's end-of-year report
This is what we did last year and this was the plan-well done and let's continue next year. JD will need all the help we can give him-it is a hard job.

Scituate Rotary Board Planning Session
June 19th, 2013 (Goals and objectives for the year.)
ñ Concepts for the Year- Support Dietrich!
◦ Stand Tall Locally, Reach Out Globally (Lots to celebrate here.)
◦ Get a little bigger (5%)(YES)
◦ Co-operative Initiatives and Fellowship- clubs at Tony Condert.Cushing
◦ Youth, HS Club, RYLA, Special Needs Community-Outstanding efforts!
◦ Expand Community Dinners-Using the district matching to help expand!
◦ Continue current efforts after review (Budget)- Art, Capstone,District support!
◦ Train/learn to be better Rotarians (Polio/Foundation goals)-yes!
◦ Much better Public Relations-yes!
ñ Club Internal
◦ Better attendance/participation-OK now, develop leaders-work to do, but great work from all who could.
◦ Parades and local event bettr showing
◦ Group activities like wrap meals/bowling-Hockey game with Boys and Girl's Club, Baseball in Brockton.
◦ More diversity=a better club-plenty of discussion! Most good!
◦ Look for extremely interesting speakers-invite communityShakespeare, Machiavelli, Cliff Hotel...across Asia rally!
ñ Board members/foundation-Board acted very responsibly and moderated Jack's behavior.
