Last week Pawtucket Rotarians visited St. Cecilia School to donate and distribute 120 boxes of math flash cards.  The project was funded by donations raised by Club members matched by a Rotary District Grant.

"Our goal is to strengthen the capacity of communities to support basic education and literacy," said Thomas Mann, President of the Rotary Club of Pawtucket.  According to Mann, the project had been in works since last year as the Club coordinated the funding, selected the products and set up a date to visit the school to interact with students.

With over 1.2 million Rotarians worldwide, club members work together to create positive, lasting change in our communities and around the world.
