WANTED: a few good Rotarians!
We've firmed up the club portfolios for next year (thanks Ken M., Bob and Will,) and are looking for some enthusiastic Rotarians to get involved as leaders.
The positions available are:
President Elect
President for 2007-2008
Membership Leader
This leader should be fun-loving and concerned about making people feel welcome.
Administration Leader
Very organizational position. This person should be quite comfortable with budgets.
Public Relations Leader
This leader should like getting the word out about Rotary and be a good communicator.
Foundation Leader
This leader should be passionate about international projects and humanitarian work. This position may also entail helping fill out grant applications.
The Leader positions are organizational/inspirational/fun roles. As a leader, you would meet with your project chairs and support their work. You would also meet with all the Rotarians who are involved in your area once every month or two, to launch new ideas, make decisions and get to know each other better. Please see the attachment for the projects in each porfolio.
