  4. New Business
    1. President Calendar: Filling in Guest Presidents – Jan 11 Dawn, Feb 18 and 25 Kory, Feb 1 Bruce, Feb 22 Erwin
    2. February executive meeting will be via Zoom, Dawn will set up for February 7th at 6PM.
    3. We are trying to set up an offsite meeting for Feb 29 at the G3 Elevator.
    4. Dawn posted a come check us out on Facebook – note we have achieved our membership goal for this year.
    5. District conference will be in Edmonton May 3-4
    6. We are still confirming executive members for Dawn’s upcoming year.
    7. Remember we will need volunteers for our Casino on the July long weekend.
    8. Please bring any ideas you may have for next year like guest speakers etc. to Dawn.
    9. Playground committee – there has been a letter done up on our behalf to send out to Grant Providers.
    10. Cash Raffle draw - $150 Colton Draves, $100 Becca Bates
