  1. O Canada/Four Way Test
  2. Introduction of Guests – Margaret McCormack, Susan from Inclusion.
  3. Breakfast – Thank you Team
  4. Birthdays/Anniversaries – Laurel’s Birthday today. Mike B. on the 31st.  Bruce’s 28th Rotary anniversary.
  5. New Business
    1. President’s List sent around for fill in for January/February.
    2. Thank you letter from Buffalo Coulee, also accepting responsibility for the maintenance of the AED.  They have the new AED already.
    3. Inclusion Update – Susan updated the group to the status of the Employment Partnership.
    4. Financials – As distributed to the club.
    5. Update on playground progress – They have still not been successful in obtaining any grants. In the new Year they expect that some of the grant availability will open up.
    6. Harvest Gala revenue update – still waiting on a few Bills, but profit from the event should be right around $60,000.
  6. AGM Business – Review of the financial statements by Eugene with questions. Currently all the raffle profit is/has been transferred into what is known as our Casino Account (subject to approval by AGLC). Gala monies go into Project Trust. The current financial statement has been reviewed and signed off by those noted within the report. Dawn motion “to accept the financial statement as presented.” Seconded by Bevin. Discussion – Passed.      Erwin motion to nominate Jack Seawalt again to review the financial statement. Seconded by Bruce. Motion Passed.
  7. Round table to the members to discuss what they like about Christmas.

Upcoming Events / Reminders
Dec 14th Rotary Partnership meeting after the regular meeting.
Dec 21st Rotary Christmas (Setup Dec 20th at 6:00PM) The meeting will be in the regular Rotary room.
Note that we will NOT have a meeting December 28th. – Meetings will start again.
Jan 2nd – Executive meeting at 6:00PM at Christina’s Home Furnishing.  This is a soft date to be confirmed at a later date.
