Rotary Meeting

2. Welcome and Intro of Guests and Breakfast served: No guests

4. Birthdays /Anniversary: Candice Anderson-Oct 31st; Joined Rotary- Dawn on Nov 3rd(6 years) Shawn on Nov 4th (7 years)
5. Business:
- Thanks to the group that worked on the Rotary Look-out (Loretta’s Team)
- Sign up sheets for the Breakfast on Nov 2nd and Luncheon on Nov 8th are circulating
- Harvest Gala Final Planning: Sponsorship shuffles have occurred but we have come out the same in terms of income from sponsors. Everything is going together and plans are in place. If you able to help out to set up, work drink ticket sales or with take down Sunday morning, please contact Shawn directly.
- Festival of Trees cookie call!!!! Please let Dawn or Janine know if you have cookies you would be willing to donate. Sign up sheets will be distributed after Harvest Gala.
- Interact Club: TEAL pumpkin project is going well, the kids will most likely hit their goal of 30 pumpkins. Three of the Interactors and Kirby are going to RYLA on October 28th.
6. Next week’s meeting will be at the Pomeroy Hotel for the partnership breakfast. Monthly Cash Draw will be occurring there!
