Breakfast Meeting - July 8, 2010

The meeting was chaired by Club President, John Lunty
Barry reported that the Cash raffle ticket sales are going well with 260 tickets sold to date.
Dean will be the leader for the preparation of the float for the fair parade. If you are able to help please contact Dean.
Bruce and Mike will organize the fair booth and will also need volunteers to take a shift at the booth.
Craig is preparing for the upcoming Casino nights on July 22 - 23, 2010.
3 Host families are in place for the inbound exchange student. Roosje will be attending St.Jerome's School.
The club agreed to provide Breakfast as a fundraiser during the Business Garage Sale on September 23.
John Lunty recognized Shirley McRobert for her service as Club President during the 2009/10 year. John presented a pin recognizing her year of dedicated service as well as a Paul Harris pin. Rotary donated $1000 on Shirley's behalf, giving Shirley her 3rd Paul Harris Fellowship. Thank you for leading us through the past year Shirley, job well done!
John Lunty presented the Club Budget for the 2010/11 year. After discussion and an amendment the budget was approved by the Club.
