  1. O Canada/Four Way Test
  2. Introduction of Guests: Lorne’s Mom, Susan (Inclusion)
  3. Breakfast – Thank you to team 3
  4. There is a sign up for the Inclusion Breakfast – This is May 2nd in Lloydminster
  5. Rotary Inclusion Partnership Update – Susan discussed the upcoming breakfast and how the event works. Kirby is a Table captain for the event. Please sign up and participate in this great cause.
  6. Garage Sale Update – Scott recognized all the help his committee has been, in addition to all those individuals that have spent countless hours getting set up this week. Darlene – we have had a huge number of first time volunteers this year. Our student that we are sending to Winnipeg has been a great contributor. We have our LAST drop off this morning for the last add to the furniture department. Please be at the Curling Rink at 4:30, we will have a bit of a pep-talk before we go live! Remember your volunteer hours! We discussed pricing and strategies and how to get a value to much of our stuff.
  7. Volunteer appreciation night. Thursday the 25th at the community oven. We will have the option to move inside dependant on the weather. We will need Rotarians to help by bringing a dessert. Burgers and smokies will be provided. There will be a sign-up sheet at the event, last year we had over 100 people.
  8. Note the Vermilion Rotary music festival has been happening this week. Awards will be Sunday at 2:00PM if you are interested.
  9. Loretta’s Corner – 1974 events around the community.
  10. Seargent – Only fines for those who have not donated any time to the Garage Sale.
