  1. Laurel and Loretta Presented some fun facts about out club 70th anniversary and our accomplishments over the years.
 
  1. Co-op Food Charge Account: We are doing a new verification for the purchase of food at the Co-op Store. A sheet was handed out with instructions to be able to charge to our account. Please contact either Darlene or Eugene so you can get a copy of the instructions. This is a pilot project for the Co-op with our club.
 
  1. Alexa Conlon Presentation: Kayde Foundation- Alexa is starting this foundation in honour of their son Kayde. This non-profit will be supporting families through the loss of a baby. This foundation will be supporting parents through the loss of a baby. She is looking forward some support in starting up this foundation. Here are some of the things that would help with the loss of a baby.
    1. Provide on-going compassionate support for the families with a loss of a loved one. Also to help the nurses, doctors, funeral home, churches to support the families with their loss.
    2. Providing cuddle cots to surrounding hospital which helps with the process of the loss of a loved one. These cots provide the gift of time for the parents that will be experiencing this.
    3. Provide Care Packages or Bereavement boxes. These boxes have the information in them to help the families with their loss.  Cost Approx. $300.00
    4. Also to provide on-going check-ins and long-term support for the parents.
    5. Advocation for the parents experiencing this process.
