- Rotary Employment Partnership – Steering Committee (Kory, Erwin, Bevin, Scott) re-introduction. 2000 Rotary tasked clubs with creating awareness towards creating real work for real pay to support individuals with difficulties. Kory talked about his experience with staff and the rewards of being an inclusive employer. To date almost 800 jobs have been created through the Rotary employment partnership. The program works where there is real benefit to the Employers and Employees. This also extends to customers and the public in their appreciation and recognition it gives businesses who participate in the program. … (Video Presentation – showing examples of successful placements at Alberta companies) … Success is really the result of the “Partnership”, all the contributors need to do their part in creating all of these success stories. Challenge to raise awareness!
