  • Erwin-Set up of flags may 7/8, teams will be going out today and each territory is covered.  Erwin will be in charge of contacting the hospital and lodge for flag placement for those venues.  Shawn will be sending out a post on our Facebook page after the flags have been planted to put the word out to the community and give them an opportunity to let us know if they have been missed.  Erwin and Mike will take care of correspondence to residents to thank them and update them on forms of payment
  • Think Ice project-the executive decided not to pay out before then end of June, until we have more information.  Kevin Lucas is still new to the job so Mary Lee is waiting for an update from him.
  • VRC Dance floor-no new info.  Probably not going to do this year.
  • 2020/21 Budget-Mike has reviewed the budget and will be forwarding it to members soon along with comments he has added.  Mike said that it is a bit of a struggle to have firm numbers givin the current situation and given that things are changing all of the time.  We do seem to be in a fairly strong position.  Mike also mentioned that since Mary Lee wasn’t able to attend the convention during her year as President due to the Covid19 pandemic that funding be carried forward to next year to allow her to go.  Mike asked that members review the budget and send him comments or concerns.  He will also have hard copies available at the flag distribution today.
  • Cash draw-Eugene and Mary Lee will be drawing later today
  • Volunteer hours-Mary Lee will be emailing sheets today, please complete yours and return to her
