Call to order 7 am VIRTUAL ZOOM Meeting

Announcements:
New Business:
- Tracy Vavrek gave us an update on what is happening throughout the District in response to the Covid19 Pandemic, including cancellation of events and efforts to support communities in dealing with the pandemic. She also let members know that Rotary International released 3 million in aid in response to the Covid19 pandemic.
- Eugene delivered the cheques to the Coop and McDonald foods for our donation to the food bank and is awaiting receipts.
- Erwin-Flags will be dropped off May 7 or 8, a letter has been drafted to be dropped off with the flags thanking people for their past support and letting them know how to send payment. We are putting the flags up a week earlier than normal to all last years participants(and new people who enrolled prior to May 4) to give people a chance to take part in the program when we are unable to canvas. The flags will be taken down after the long weekend.
Sargent report- Erwin reminded members that life is not normal for anyone right now so please be kind. Fine for this week-if you have found yourself a little unkempt for our meetings during this pandemic, put a loonie in a donation bin.
