  4. Chris Williams-Equipment manager for Vermilion Minor Ball.  As with other organizations they have had difficulty starting back up after Covid shut things down.  Jerseys are worn and dirty, particularly the younger age groups.  They have lasted over 10 years.  Have gotten several quotes from several sources.  Jerseys are approx $52.50/jersey and looking for a minimum of 100 jerseys and would like to have some 2nd sets (home & away).  Enrollment numbers do go up and down and they need to plan for when there are larger team numbers.    Vermilion Minor Ball is looking to build for planned maintenance of equipment, jersey, diamonds etc, over the next few years. They are looking at other sponsorship and fundraising.   This is a one time ask rather than annual sponsorship.  Advertising & naming-up for suggestion.  They would be open to donating volunteer time in return.
  5. Ella Armfelt-Attended Rotary Adventures in Human Rights.  She told us of her experiences in Winnipeg including the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, IRCOM (Immigrant & Refugee Community Organization of Manitoba), and a presentation from Manitoba’s Lieutenant Governor.  She had a good experience and would recommend it to other youth.
  6. Laurel-Harvest Gala: Tickets and posters have been printed.  Please take a poster to put up.  Tickets can be purchased at Webb’s Machinery or call/text Laurel at 780-581-0804.
  7. Bevin-Harvest Gala:  Each Rotarian will be asked to bring in a donation from a business.  There will be a list coming so we do not duplicate asking a business.
