Regular Morning Meeting

- Welcome and Introduction of Guests: Olivia and Tricia Brockhoff
- Thanks to Team 1 for breakfast today!
- Birthdays /Anniversary: May 3, Rebekah. JP (May 2017), Bonnie (2017), Lorne (2001), Irene Smith (Honorary 2012)
- Butz wedding bartending: We have been asked to bartend a wedding on July 14 at the Regional Centre. We will need 4 people for this event. Please let Dawn know ASAP if you would like to help out that night! (People are needed more through the beginning and dinner time and ticket selling)
- Project PJ by Olivia: Olivia is 14 from Lloydminster. She had a friends sister who was diagnosed with cancer in 2015 who hated the itchy Pj’s she had to wear, she collected 247 pairs the first year. In total she has collected 4348 in total so far! Her school has been a huge supporter, there are drop off points in Lloydminster at several locations. They have had Pj’s sent from across Canada and some from the United States. Teenager sizes are often the short sizes, she does her major drive after Thanksgiving for a December delivery. Check out her facebook page: Project PJ by Olivia!
- Cash Raffle: $150 Roland Goetz: $100 Shawna Frankiw
- Flag Project: 65 sold online already but we have 400 in total to sell! May Long weekend is in two weeks! So time is running out! Still have 130 to build.
- Defibulator: Craig has made a motion to supply one to the RCMP building. Eugene 2nd. Motion carried.
- Lookout: May 10th is the cleanup 7:00 pm please bring spade and a broom and a squeegee.
