Meeting Minutes HAPPY FIRST DAY OF SUMMER and Indigenous Day
- Call to Order, O Canada, Prayer, Four way test
- Welcome and Introduction of Guests: Sean Holaway, Derek Collins, Dr. Richard Starke
- Thanks to Team 4 for breakfast today!
- Birthdays /Anniversary: Darcie Maier (June 23), Mike B. (1996), Mary Lee and Kirby (2014)
- International Convention Toronto - June 23-27
- Flag Distribution - June 25-26
- RYPEN - Sean Holaway Attended this years RYPEN with his classmate. Thoroughly enjoyed himself, and learnt quite a bit about personal growth and team building. Way better than he could have expected, has made some friends that he still has contact with.
- Vocational - Jean Vidal Thank you Jean! You have an amazing story!!!
- Cash Draw tickets: Tickets are in and ready to sell! Please see Dawn for tickets, and contact her if you would like to hand in money and tickets. There are 18 tickets left to disperse for any Rotarians that have not received any to sell yet!
- Butz wedding bartending: We have been hired to bartend a wedding on July 14 at the Regional Centre. We will need 4 people for this event. If you would like to join us for what is sure to be fun night even for a couple of hours, please let Dawn or Loretta know ASAP! (People are needed more through the beginning and dinner time for ticket selling)
- Next meeting: Off site meeting on June 28, the Vermilion Valley Lodge.
