Regular Morning Meeting

 

  1. Call to Order, O Canada, Prayer, Four Way test   

 

  1. Welcome and Intro of Guests: Lisa Beveridge

 

  1. Thanks to Team 2 for Breakfast

 

  1. Birthdays /Anniversary: Emily Andersons Birthday January 5, Mike Webb and Greg Dewing joined Rotary in Januarys

 

  1. Business:
  • Vermilion Region Partnership Breakfast Wednesday February 7, 2018. There will be NO REGULAR ROTARY Meeting on February 8th. Eventbrite registration will be available today.

 

  • Social:  Thursday, January 11th 2018 at the Pomeroy from 7-9pm.

         The event is alcohol-friendly, and we will supply the appetizers so no need for anyone to bring anything. There is no guest speaker, just us Rotarians and our               guests getting together for some New Year cheer!

 

  • Reminder to Committee chairs to gather and report the volunteer hours of committee members to Tannis  A fill in chart will be circulated monthly through meetings.

 

  • Executive Meeting: Monday January 8, 6:30 pm at Prairie Place Boardroom

 

  • Proposal of New Member: Brenda Lee proposed Lisa Beveridge as a New Member. Please contact the Executive if you have any comments/concerns by Wednesday January 10th.

 

  • Possible company this summer:  Ken let the club know that Telus and his family may be visiting this summer as well as Niek’s parents.

 

  • Cash Draw:  Lorna Hamilton - $150  Susan McCulley - $100
